Role Overview
We seek a Performance Marketing, Email & Content Manager to lead our data-driven marketing efforts, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic campaigns and compelling content. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about digital marketing performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
* Develop and execute paid media strategies across search, social, display, and other digital channels.
* Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
* Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to inform strategy improvements.
Email Marketing & CRM
* Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
* Manage automated email workflows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement).
* Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to enhance email effectiveness.
* Create engaging content for emails, landing pages, paid ads, and social media.
* Collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
* Align content with SEO and conversion optimization best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 5 years experience in performance marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
* Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
* Proficiency with email marketing tools (Klaviyo) and CRM systems.
* Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and marketing automation.
* Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and campaign tracking.
* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
* Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
