Responsibilities
* As the Senior Finance Business Partner for our Technology Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer of the Technology Information Business and their leadership team.
* Provide insightful financial analysis, offer commercial support, and challenge the status quo to maximise performance and returns and prioritisation of key investments.
* Lead all finance-related activities, ensuring that financial goals align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
* Be a key adviser and partner to the leadership team, delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
* Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement, providing recommendations that support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant
* Finance business partnering experience, ideally within a matrix environment
* Experience partnering with CTOs and senior technology leaders
* Experience in financial management and explaining complex financial concepts clearly to influence and guide the business towards achieving its strategic objectives
* Experience of innovation and using tools such as Gen AI
* Ability to articulate commercial impact made
