A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Engineering and Operations to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Gloucester.
This is a dynamic, high x2011;impact role where no two days are the same. Youll play a key part in driving operational excellence, leading engineering strategy, and supporting the continued growth of a well x2011;established, forward x2011;thinking manufacturer. This position offers genuine career progression within a first x2011;class organisation.
Role and Responsibilities
* Lead engineering and operational functions to ensure efficient day x2011;to x2011;day performance
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
* Drive process improvements, KPI performance, and operational excellence
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial decision x2011;making
* Ensure compliance with health and safety, engineering standards, and ISO requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Proven leadership experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and project management expertise
* Solid financial and commercial acumen
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder x2011;management skills
* Analytical, resilient, and solutions x2011;focused approach with IOSH or equivalent
