JAG Talent is partnered with an International Travel Group to support with hiring 2 Finance Business Partners into their growing team. They are looking for commercially minded finance professionals to support strategic decision-making across the business. This role offers high exposure to senior leadership and requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to build effective relationships in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights that drive decision-making. Deliver clear analysis to help department heads understand and manage their financial performance. Review and support outputs from offshore finance teams. Identify cost efficiencies, commercial opportunities, and manage financial risks. Lead variance analysis and provide actionable insights in collaboration with accounting teams. Prepare and present monthly reporting packs and P&L updates, including KPIs and risk assessments. Support forecasting, budgeting, and competitor/market analysis. Requirements: Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA with at least 2-3 years post-qualification experience Capability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation Pro-active, holding a continuous improvement mindset Advanced data analysis and forecasting / bid modelling experience Thorough, accurate and strong attention to detail, able to look at the bigger picture when appropriate PowerBI experience preferred
