Proactively engage with potential customers via phone to introduce and promote company products and services.
Conduct timely and effective follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest in our offerings.

A successful Telesales professional should have:
Proven experience making high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) and successfully closing sales over the phone.
A minimum of 12-18 months' experience in cold calling or outbound telesales.
Experience in B2B sales is preferred, or demonstrated success working with limited data where conversion rates are critical.
For remote candidates: prior experience in a high-performing home-based telesales environment is essential.
Confident, assertive, and engaging communicator who can build rapport quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Resilient and target-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
Remains calm and effective when working under pressure.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering value and maintaining relationships.
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
