Job Overview A meticulous and proactive Quality Administration Assistant to ensure engineer returns are accurate and that all photographic evidence correctly matches the data provided. This role is critical in maintaining high data integrity and supporting our operational quality standards. Duties and Responsibilities You will :- · Validate engineer job returns, ensuring all submitted data is complete, accurate, and aligned with corresponding photographic evidence. · Check photo quality and compliance, confirming images meet required standards and match recorded job activity. · Maintain and update CRM systems and internal spreadsheets with accurate, real‑time information. · Communicate confidently with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to clarify discrepancies or request additional information. · Assist with stock and inventory updates, ensuring records reflect accurate field usage. · Provide support to the Contact Centre during peak periods, maintaining professionalism and efficiency. · Approach all tasks with a strong eye for detail, ensuring accuracy across all administrative and quality‑related activities. Essential Skills You will need to:- · A strong eye for detail, with proven ability to spot inconsistencies or errors. · The ability to work independently, logically, and with sound judgement. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, data checking). · A reliable, punctual, organised, and proactive approach to work.
