To be a great Store Manager at one of our convenience stores, you don’t necessarily need retail experience. Surprised? What you’ll be doing
While your team of Customer and Trading Managers will run the shifts and manage the day-to-day operations, you’ll have ultimate control of the store’s performance. You’ll be a visible and accountable leader—finding, solving, and anticipating issues now and six months from now, so everything runs smoothly.
You’ll need to ensure everything is safe and legal for customers and staff. You’ll also develop talent within your teams, ensuring a pipeline of motivated individuals ready to move into management roles and beyond.
5S ONLY
You may even be managing two stores simultaneously, dividing your time between them and staying on top of operations in both.

You can lead and inspire a large team to deliver excellent customer experiences. You are proactive in seeking out and solving problems by being present on the shop floor, motivating your teams, and being a visible leader.
Your starting point will be the valuable data generated daily—analyzing trends, translating insights into actionable activities, and prioritizing those of most value. To operate at your best, you’ll have access to the latest technology, including handheld devices, enabling you to stay mobile and effective.
How you’ll progress
