Job Description Training Delivery & Development Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for in-store teams across Space NK, Harrods, and Selfridges. Develop tailored training plans and calendars aligned with retail partner needs and seasonal focuses. Deliver onboarding and refresher training covering brand history, product knowledge, facial protocols, selling techniques, and customer service excellence. Support new product launches with impactful, sales-driven education. Retail Partnership Management Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, area managers, and retail education teams. Act as the key liaison between the brand and retail partners to address training needs, gather feedback, and monitor performance. Attend partner events, store visits, and spend time on the sales floor to ensure training drives measurable results. The Successful Applicant 3 years' experience in training or education roles within the beauty or luxury retail industry. Strong knowledge of the UK luxury skincare and cosmetics market. Proven experience working with or for Space NK, Harrods, or Selfridges is highly desirable. Passionate about skincare, with excellent product and ingredient knowledge. Confident facilitator with outstanding presentation and communication skills. Proficient in creating engaging training materials, both in-person and digital.
