As a Quantity Surveyor in our client's team, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects with leading clients in gas & utilities. Leveraging your expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across the region. Ideally candidates will have: Experience with NEC 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor Experience with Gas, Utilities or similar experience working as both contractor and subcontractor Raising EW's, CEQ's and CE's Supporting PM's from a commercial perspective drafting monthly applications for payment Drafting project forecasts Attending Monthly Progress meetings We are looking for someone who is use to dealing with all commercial aspects of a project and is happy with client facing discussions.
