Your mission in this role is to manage and deliver campaigns and projects on time, in budget and more importantly to an exceptionally high standard, exceeding expectations with our clients and our internal delivery teams in equal measure.
Summary of the role
This is the perfect role for someone who wants a develop a combination of client management and delivery skills. You’ll love the energy you get from working directly with clients and building relationships, but will also want be at the sharp end, working to support the launch and running of live campaigns.
A key member of the Client Services team, you will work with the support of an AD and AM to manage day to day communications, set up and run projects via our project management software, and play a pivotal role in the delivery of campaigns. This will including the use of various content and digital tools. You will also play a key role in structuring and managing the data for campaigns, reporting on KPIs and making insight-based recommendations so will need a strong analytical mindset and ability to handle data.
The right person will be results oriented and have a strong eye for detail, motivated by delivering an exceptional standard of work and achieving ROI for our clients. You’ll already have strong foundational experience in B2B and client management as well as some campaign execution experience.

Roles and responsibilities
· Client on-boarding and day-to-day relationship management (supported by an AM and AD)
· Project planning, management and budget tracking
· Execution of specific parts of client campaigns and projects
· Development of high-quality briefs and working with Studio and production teams to deliver work to a high standard, on-time and to-budget
· Campaign data management, KPI tracking, dashboard creation & results reporting
Skills & Experience
· A minimum of 1-2 years B2B Marketing experience
· Knowledge of ABM an advantage
· Effective project management skills (delivering on time and to budget)
· Analytical
· Strong communication, relationship development and presentation skills
· Driven to succeed and deliver outstanding work
· Genuinely passionate about clients’ businesses
Qualification and Educational requirements
· We are equally interested in people with practical, high-quality marketing experience as those with a degree.
