About the Role As a Teaching Partner at Tewin Cowper, you will: Work closely with teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning Support individuals and small groups to help them thrive academically and personally Help create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment Encourage children to develop confidence, independence and resilience Support pupils’ social, emotional and spiritual development Play an active role in the wider life of the school This is a valued role where relationships matter and where your contribution will make a real difference every day.
