What are we looking for?
We are seeking a professional volunteer with at least 3 years’ experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident in applying their skills to build strong, sustainable relationships with organisations that support OTC’s mentoring programmes.
Key qualities and experience include
1. Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage and influence business leaders and partners.
2. Experience in business development or partnerships, including negotiating agreements and managing stakeholder relationships.
