Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE, 80 hours/pay period)

Salary Range: $23.22 - $25.14 Hourly

Job Shift: 8-hour Day Shift

A Day in the Life of an Administrative Assistant-Human Resources/Education

This role blends reception, administrative support, and customer service to keep HR and Education operations organized and efficient. You’ll manage communications, schedule activities, maintain records, and support onboarding and training workflows in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Daily work requires balancing frequent interruptions with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism as you interact with employees, students, candidates, and leaders. The position collaborates closely with HR, Education, and department leaders to coordinate events, prepare materials, track compliance, and ensure timely follow‑through on tasks. You can expect a mix of structured responsibilities and shifting priorities, requiring strong multitasking clear communication.

Qualifications


Education and Experience


Required

* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Teams
* High School Diploma or GED


Preferred

* Previous administrative support experience
* Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate's Degree


Compensation and Benefits

The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role. Actual pay rate offered depends on many factors including each individual employee's experience level, preferred education/certifications, along with market conditions.
