About the role
As a General Cover Teacher, you will deliver pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. You will ensure continuity of learning, maintain a positive classroom environment, and uphold high standards of behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4
2. Maintain a focused and productive learning environment
3. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
4. Support students in completing set work
5. Adapt to different school settings and classroom environments
6. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

11. Experience working in a secondary school setting (essential)
