Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive / Paralegal Location: New Milton or Salisbury Primarily office-based role with the possibility of working from home one day per week, depending on business needs Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications) Kamro has partnered with a prestigious, family-run law firm with offices in Salisbury and New Milton. They have a reputation for excellence in both client care and legal expertise. As part of their Private Client team, they're now looking to appoint an experienced and capable fee-earner, whether that's a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal, to manage a steady caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the department. Working as part of a collaborative and well-supported team, you will manage your own caseload covering a wide range of matters, including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection and Deputyship applications Trusts and inheritance tax planning Requirements: Private Client work (2 years' experience minimum). A client-first mindset, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic, and practical advice. The initiative to manage matters independently while contributing effectively to a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work to a consistently high standard. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
