The Role
They're looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead a team of 4 (2 Field Sales Executives, 2 Account Managers). You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring team performance aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
* Drive new business and grow existing accounts
* Deliver sales forecasts and account plans
* Build strong client relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and delivery
* Monitor CRM and pipeline activity

What You'll Need
* Proven B2B sales experience (healthcare/medical preferred)
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
* Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
* CRM and data-driven reporting experience
