Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Sales Consultant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills. Duties will include: Ensuring properties are secure after viewings. Report on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing. Qualify applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings. Promote Properties and services effectively to achieve targets. Feed back to the relevant managers / consultants on applicants’ needs and add notes to our in-house systems. Skills Require d: Positive engagement/customer service. Ability to organise and prioritise workload. Attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
