Senior Brand Manager – Trade Communications

Job Purpose

You will have responsibility for creating and executing some of the ‘away from store’ activation as well as for activating the communication/media strategy development for our professional brands – primarily Dulux Trade, Armstead and Dulux Academy to the diverse trade customer universe.

Job Responsibilities

*

Deliver the ABR plan (Vol, GIV, EBIT and specific brand health & share targets).

*

Collaborate with colleagues to create a clear strategic direction for Dulux or Dulux Trade communications.

*

Manage communications implementation from creative ideas through to production and media buying.

*

Optimise media plans to drive maximum impact

*

Prioritise & drive the key initiatives to ensure brilliant execution across the business.

*

Collaborate with colleagues/partners to build a compelling communications plan & execute across both physical & digital worlds as one customer journey.

*

Ensure consistency of messaging & look & feel.

*

Build in-depth knowledge of key professional audiences.

*

Lead development & ongoing management of content.

*

Manage relationships with business partners.

Job Requirements

*

Graduate calibre.

*

Experience of marketing in high performing businesses managing multiple categories and/or brands (ideally within FMCG, Retail or DIY industries)

*

SBM level experience with good knowledge across consumer/professional markets

*

Ideally cross functional/market experience (Customer Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Insight, Global)

*

Experience of working within a matrix organisation structure and influencing Global stakeholders
