Clerical Officer - Northern Ireland Housing Executive - Antrim

1. £13.05 per hour
2. 37 hours per week
3. Holidays: 35 days pro rata
4. Duration: Temporary, ongoing
What you'll be doing in this role:
5. Provide timely administrative and co-ordination support.
6. Monitoring inbox and correspondence.
7. Ensure data and reports are formatted correctly, to high standards of presentation using word, power point, excel and other IT software as required.
8. Input data, maintain records and reporting systems.
9. Telephone duties to include responding to general queries, completing triages, confirming appointments with applicants.
What you'll need in this role:
10. 4 GCSEs at grade C and above to include Maths and English
11. 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar role with customer service and clerical / administration duties
12. IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency
13. As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position
