Job Description
A global engineering firm is expanding its gears manufacturing capability and is seeking experienced machinists for a high-precision production environment.
Open Roles:
1. 5 Axis Mill Turn Operators – 5 positions
2. Grinders (External & Internal) – 4 positions
3. Detailers (Benchwork) – 2 positions
4. Gear Cutters (Gleason / CNC) – 2 positions
Key Equipment Experience:
5. Okuma U3000 (Fanuc controls)
6. Studer S21 / S33 / S110 / S145
7. Phoenix 280C, Lorenz, Liebherr Shaper
8. Klingelnberg & Optical Measurement systems
Qualifications
Required Skills:
9. 5 Axis machining
10. Cylindrical & internal grinding
11. Gear cutting (Bevels, Rolling)
12. CNC programming
13. Klingelnberg & optical metrology
Training will be provided on specific machines, but prior process experience is essential.
