GSL Education are looking for a creative and inspiring Drama Teacher to support schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) from January 2026. This role is ideal for a Drama Teacher who is passionate about performing Arts and helping students develop confidence, creativity, and collaboration skills. Opportunities are available on both day-to-day supply and longer-term placements, providing flexibility and consistent work. Key responsibilities as a Drama Teacher: Planning and delivering engaging Drama lessons and workshops Encouraging creativity, self-expression, and teamwork among students Supporting pupil progress through constructive feedback and assessment Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom or performance space Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience Candidate requirements as a Drama Teacher: QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Strong classroom management and communication skills Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply through GSL Education Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks; including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
