Key Responsibilities:
* Lead 2 small teams of support workers in providing tailored assistance to a young couple in Torquay
* Create a nurturing and upbeat atmosphere that promotes mental well-being and social engagement
* Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that align with the couple’s interests and goals
* Foster open communication and maintain strong relationships with both the couple and your team
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in you support
* Collaborate with other professionals and services to enhance the couple’s support network
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong, bubbly personality with a natural ability to inspire and motivate others
* Experience in a leadership role, preferably within support services or a related field
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect easily with diverse individuals
* A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others’ lives
* Relevant qualification in health and social care is a plus
