We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a fully private homecare service in either the Redbridge or Brentwood area. As Registered Manager, you will oversee a well-staffed and established branch with a strong reputation for delivering person-centred care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations as the Registered Manager
2. Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and CQC readiness
3. Inspire, support, and develop a dedicated care and office team
4. Drive business growth through referrals and community engagement
5. Oversee care planning, assessments, and risk management processes
6. Uphold safeguarding, quality assurance, and person-centred practice
Requirements
7. Proven experience in a management role within a care setting (domiciliary care not essential)
8. Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
9. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
10. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
11. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
12. Confident using digital systems for rostering and care management
