Key Duties:
Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure resident safety and compliance.
Manage gas safety, servicing, and responsive heating repairs.
Ensure compliance with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
Collaborate with fire safety, water hygiene, electrical, and other teams.
Maintain valid certifications for all relevant homes and assets.
Serve as the technical lead for gas compliance policies and procedures.
Contribute to new developments and refurbishments.
Respond to enforcement notices and manage complaints.
Prepare and monitor budgets and performance forecasts.
Support out-of-hours gas compliance emergencies.
Who are we looking for?
Knowledge of heat network regulations (desirable).
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
