Job Title: Support Worker

Are you a compassionate and experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make an impact?
The Glenmore Trust has fantastic opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our teams in Penrith and Carlisle. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of our mission, providing person-centred care and support to adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, complex needs, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.
Your focus will be on championing independence, enabling the people we support to live fulfilling lives in their own homes and as active members of their community.
What Your Shifts Will Look Like:
* An 08:00 - 20:00 day shift.
* Followed by an overnight sleep-in.
* Concluding with a 07:00 - 10:30 shift the next morning.
To be considered for this role, you MUST have:
* A minimum of 6 months of recent UK experience supporting service users with learning disabilities and associated complex needs.
* A valid Right to Work in the UK. Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorships.
* An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS that is registered on the update service.
* A valid CSTF Mandatory Practical Training Certificate, completed within the last 12 months.
* A complete work history with employment references covering the last 3 years.
Please Note: Due to the rural nature of the location, being a driver is highly preferred for this position.
