PSHE Teacher – KS3/4 Location: Hillingdon Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Long Term - Perm Salary: £21,731 - £49,084 We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated and flexible PSHE Teacher to join our team and deliver high-quality PSHE education to students at Key Stages 3 and 4. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual who is committed to supporting the personal development and well-being of young people, particularly those who may face additional barriers to learning. This position is available for immediate start and offers the chance to work within a supportive and inclusive educational setting that values relationship-building, restorative practices, and trauma-informed approaches. The Ideal Candidate Will: * Have experience teaching in a secondary setting, preferably delivering PSHE or similar curriculum areas (e.g., Citizenship, Health & Social Care, or pastoral/mentoring roles). * Be confident in managing behaviour and creating a safe, respectful and engaging classroom environment. * Be able to build positive relationships quickly with students, many of whom may have SEMH needs, or be diagnosed/undiagnosed with SEN. * Be adaptable and resilient, with the ability to respond effectively to the needs of students who may display challenging behaviour. * Hold QTS – this is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from unqualified teachers, instructors, or youth workers with relevant experience. * Be a proactive and reflective practitioner, committed to continuous professional development and inclusive education. * Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, both with students and staff teams. Additional Requirements: Due to the location of the provision (and possible travel across sites or off-site activities), a full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle would be highly beneficial. However, this is not essential for the right candidate.
