Paid Media Exec / Manager

Hybrid working - 1 day in office required (Leamington Spa)

Novus is a boutique consulting firm specialising in digital transformation and strategy for the home-buying industry. With Novus, clients go beyond standalone transformation to achieve HDI, unlocking new levels of efficiency, profitability, and market leadership. You will play a key role in shaping this change, building and running the campaigns that connect our vision with the senior decision-makers leading transformation across lenders, conveyancers, and PropTechs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Paid Media & Demand Generation Manager to own and execute Novus' paid marketing strategy across social, programmatic, search, and SEO.

This pivotal role will be responsible for scaling awareness, creating demand, and supporting ABM activation to deliver qualified pipeline across our core ICPs (lenders, conveyancers, PropTechs). You will run campaigns end-to-end – from strategy through execution – while working closely with our Marketing Executive (Content, Events, Organic Social) to create an integrated marketing engine.

The role requires both technical ability to run campaigns and input to shape Novus' ABM campaign strategy. It is an opportunity to build the next stage of our marketing capability and directly influence and deliver on our growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media

* Own and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, programmatic display/native/CTV, and light search (Google/Bing)
* Develop and test hyper-targeted, creative campaigns targeting our Ideal Customer Profiles and target audiences, optimising for pipeline outcomes
* Manage account-based paid campaigns aligned to ABM lists
* Report weekly on spend, performance, and ROI, iterating and optimising campaigns continuously

SEO Strategy

* Act as SEO owner: keyword strategy, technical audits, on-page optimisation, backlink development (in collaboration with PR agency)
* Work with Marketing Executive to align SEO priorities with content roadmap
* Track rankings, organic growth, and contribution to pipeline

ABM Activation

* Partner with Marketing Executive to activate account-based programmes
* Run targeting, sequencing, and paid amplification for ABM account lists
* Build role-specific campaign journeys (CIO/COO/Risk Heads)
* Support or lead ABM strategy depending on experience

Data & Measurement

* Operate Novus' stack (HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
* Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance (awareness > SQLs > pipeline)
* Champion closed-loop attribution, ensuring marketing activity ties to revenue
* Recommend and evaluate additional tools (e.g., programmatic/ABM platforms) as needed

Key Skills and Experience

* Hands-on experience running LinkedIn campaigns (Document Ads, Thought Leader Ads, Matched Audiences, InMail)
* Track record of delivering measurable top-of-funnel engagement from LinkedIn and programmatic campaigns
* Familiarity with programmatic platforms (Demandbase, Terminus, or equivalents)
* Strong knowledge of SEO strategy and execution: keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimisation
* Experience with Google/Bing PPC for brand/long-tail demand capture
* Proficiency in HubSpot, GA4, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Knowledge of ABM principles (account segmentation, sequencing, reporting)
* Strong analytical skills; confident optimising campaigns against metrics
* Background in B2B demand generation – ideally in consultancy, SaaS, or FS/ProTech, targeting senior executives and decision makers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
