About the Role
The Jewellery Lab is expanding to White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds and we're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team. This is a chance to be part of a growing business in the exciting permanent jewellery sector.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service and a memorable client experience
* Assist customers with permanent jewellery fittings (full training provided)
* Manage stock and handle cash/card transactions
* Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming workspace
Requirements
* Previous jewellery or retail experience is helpful but not essential
* Strong communication and people skills
* Reliability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts
* Commitment to a long-term position (this is not a temporary or seasonal role)
Additional Information
* Paid training may be required at our Meadowhall store before the White Rose location opens
* Opening date: 1st October 2025

* Morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available
* Full-time and part-time roles offered to suit availability
