Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic and engaging candidates to join our Distribution team. Experience is a bonus, but not mandatory. This role is a targeted role within Zurich’s ambitious Distribution team, emphasizing structured sales calls and virtual meetings.
Responsibilities
* Be part of a supportive, fun, and challenging team with ambitious growth targets.
* Create, develop, and manage relationships remotely with intermediary firms to promote Zurich’s protection products, ultimately growing market share.
* Demonstrate an understanding of how an intermediary business works: their current position, future aspirations and how Zurich can partner with them.
* Develop your understanding of our industry and adviser marketplace.
* Maintain product knowledge and apply this during conversations.
* Contribute to the overall performance of a large growing organisation.
Qualifications
* An energetic, impactful candidate with the desire to succeed in a supportive but challenging environment.
* Experience in the industry or similar role is a bonus but not mandatory.
* Ability to communicate effectively, meeting the individual needs of each adviser and ultimately our customers.
* Confidence to network and successfully build relationships via remote contact.
* Ability to cope with varying workloads and priorities.
* Effective organisational and planning skills.
* Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
