Are you a dedicated and customer-focused Veterinary Nurse with a passion for leading? This state of the art facility based in the city of Bristol is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable professional to join their esteemed team as Head Veterinary Nurse.
Role and Responsibilities
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the nursing team, ensuring the best patient care while nursing sick and injured pets, and promoting pet wellbeing with genuine passion.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to integrate seamlessly with both clinical and non-clinical team members are essential.
* This role requires a true team player who is committed to leading a team and providing outstanding customer service.
* The role is delivered over 39 hours a week and 4 days plus a 1:4 weekend rota pattern, allowing for an excellent work/life balance.

The practice boasts a purpose-built, modern veterinary facility equipped with fantastic facilities. The team is composed of professionals with a broad range of specialities, many of whom are working towards certificates to enhance their clinical skills and the services offered. They are in a prominent position in this bustling and vibrant city based in Somerset, with great outdoors on your doorstep and London access by train within ~2 hours.

Qualifications
* Qualified Veterinary Nurse eligible to register with the RCVS.
* Right to work in the UK.
