Position: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Skelmersdale
Type: Temporary cover from 23.04.26 to 01.05.26
Pay: £20.00 ph PAYE or £25ph UMB
Overview: We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to provide building services maintenance to a large scale site.
Electrician Duties & Responsibilities
* Completing building services / electrical maintenance
* To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
* BMS operation
* General HVAC and mechanical building services maintenance
* To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
* To respond to client requests, providing a professional and timely service
* Compliance checks and associated documentation
Skills & Background Required
* Recognised professional Electrical engineering qualification, Level 3
* 18th edition
* Ideally JIB Gold card (but not essential)
* Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
* Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records
* Familiar with Facilities Management Sector
