The successful candidate for this position will play a key role in organising and managing the administrative processes within our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
The Senior Administrator's primary responsibilities will include overseeing company correspondence and assisting with work scheduling and planning. The role will also involve supporting the accounts department, where the ability to use QuickBooks is essential. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for conducting staff risk assessments as required. The starting salary is £12.50 per hour, with the potential for a higher rate depending on skills and experience. Flexible working hours can be arranged.
Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls, handling queries, and providing professional support
* Supporting the accounts department
* Process requests for information.
* Perform basic data entry.
* Type letters, reports, and documents.
* Conducting staff risk assessment
