Role Overview
As an Associate Electrical Engineer within our Building Services team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering innovative electrical design solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will:
* Lead electrical design on multi-disciplinary projects from concept to completion.
* Manage and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
* Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
* Contribute to business development and client engagement.
* Contribute to the recruitment process within the office to further develop the electrical team.
* Mentor junior engineers.

Requirements
* Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or other relevant subject.
* Proven experience in electrical design engineering within building services projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services deliverables.
* Excellent proficiency in industry standard design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Amtech, etc.
* Excellent project management and communication skills.
* Chartered Engineer status or working towards it (CEng, IMechE or equivalent) is desirable.
