Are you an experienced maintenance and grounds professional?
We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on leader to take charge of both general maintenance and grounds upkeep across the park, ensuring that everything looks great and runs smoothly for our owners and guests. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our experienced team at Holmans Wood Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance and Grounds Team Leader, you will:
* Lead and manage the on-park maintenance and grounds team
* Carry out a wide range of practical tasks, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating, weed spraying, tree works gritting, and general repairs
* Ensure all work meets health and safety standards, and that compliance is followed at all times
* Support the Maintenance Manager in day-to-day operations and help build a positive team culture
* Take pride in the appearance and function of the park, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all
Who We’re Looking For
Were seeking a confident capable team leader with hands-on experience in both maintenance and grounds care. Ideally, you’ll have:
* 2–3 years’ experience in maintenance and grounds roles
* Multi-skilled tradesperson experience in both property maintenance and landscape work
* Proven ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a team
* Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices
* A valid UK driving licence
* Great customer service and interpersonal skills
* Computer literacy with basic digital admin confidence
