Role title: Brand and advertising strategist
The role
* You would be working in partnership with Creatives, Marketers, and Consumer Strategists across the business to help deliver strategy with a focus on brand building and execution.
* You would be part of a small but highly ambitious and effective team, supporting in the delivery of highly effective and exciting work within the role.
Who you are:
* A creative brand/advertising strategist with at least 5-10 years in creative agencies
* Confident in using data and insight to build and sell strategic arguments
* Experienced in crafting of creative briefs and briefings, and evaluating work
What you’ll do:
* Support Strategy Leads in bringing high quality insight, research and thinking to brand and campaign projects
* Leading role in developing strong day to day working relationships with creatives, marketing and data/research peers
* Support the Strategy Leads in crafting creative briefs, campaign comms and architecture across a variety of projects
* Lead the strategy on specific projects and campaigns, executing the portfolio strategy
* Use a variety of tools and data and to inform insight led creative strategy
What you’ll bring:
* Background in brand and advertising planning, with experience working on high quality brand and campaign platforms and executing them across multiple media
* The ability to cut through complexity to provide simple, focused, & inspiring strategic thinking.
* Experience guiding and utilising effective consumer and creative research from landscape analysis
* An understanding of campaign measurement and research
* A genuine team player – able to effectively build working relationships with multiple disciplines
