Thesuccessfulcandidatewillplayacriticalroleinachievingthepurposeofhelpingeveryoneenjoyamazingtechnology.Notonlywilltheybesafelydelivering,installingandcollectingofarangeofelectricalproductsintoourcustomershomes,whichincludeWhiteGoods,TelevisionsandcookersyouwillbethefaceofCurrysandhelpusbecomeamarketleaderbyprovidingunrivalledcustomerservice.
Thisroleisa3monthcontractwiththepossibilitytoextend.
DutiesandResponsibilitiesbutnotlimitedto:
Safelydeliver,installanddemonstrateWhiteGoods,TelevisionsandCookersinourcustomersproperty.
Engagingwithcustomers,keepingtheminformedandensuringtheirdeliveryandourinstallationiscarriedouttothehigheststandardfollowingbestpracticeguidance.
Maintainregularcontactwithyoursitethroughoutthedaytomeetanychangestoacustomerdeliveryrequest,discussingandescalatingunplannedissues,seekingguidanceandadaptingasnecessary.
Ensurethehandheldoperatingdevice(Savvy)isalwaysusedcorrectlybycompletingvisitsandobtainingcustomersignatures.
LiaisewithManufacturersatthepointofdeliverywhennecessary.
Handleallproductssafelyandwithcare,supportingyourcolleaguestodothesame.
Managechangingvolumesofloadheldinthevehicleduringtheday.Regularlyreview,adjust,andsecuretheloadtoensuresafetywhilstusingequipmentprovided(i.e.,strapsandsackbarrows.
Workcompliantly,followingdrivingregulations,sitespecificrequirements,companyandhealthandsafetypolicies,tokeepourCustomersandColleaguessafe.
PersonalRequirements:
AFullUK/EUBdrivinglicense(withamaximumof6penaltypoint)orAFullUK/EUC1drivinglicense(withamaximumof6penaltypoint).
Experienceinwhitegoodsdeliveryisadvantageous.
ValidDigitalTachographcard(7.5t).
DriversCertificateofProfessionalCompetenceQualification(7.5t).
Physicalabilitytodeliverygoodsofsignificantsizeandweight.
WorkingHours: Variedshifttimes-shifttimeendsuponcompletionofdeliveries/MondaytoFriday
Pay: £17.10perhour
