Administration Officer
Temporary-ongoing | £13.90 per hour | Hybrid working (Newport-based office)
Are you organised, detail-focused, and experienced in office administration? We are seeking a Secure Examination Support Administrator to join our team and help deliver an accurate and reliable examination support service.

The role:
You'll play a key part in maintaining accurate records, processing important documentation, and ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently. Working across different teams, you'll provide vital administrative support while meeting high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Enter and maintain accurate data on internal systems, reporting any gaps or errors.
2. Process forms and documentation in line with agreed standards and legal requirements.
3. Produce clear and accurate written correspondence.
4. Respond to enquiries within set timescales (by phone, email, and written correspondence).
5. Support other teams by carrying out administrative tasks as needed.
Essential requirements:
6. Previous data entry or casework experience.
7. Proven office-based experience.
8. Excellent attention to detail.
9. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
10. Confidence working to tight deadlines.
Working arrangements:
11. Hybrid model - at least 20% office-based (Birmingham).
12. First two weeks fully office-based for training.
13. May be required to attend the office at short notice depending on business needs.
