As part of their continued investment in their Property Litigation team, they are now seeking a talented Senior or Managing Associate to join their highly regarded practice, based in Bristol, Southampton, or Exeter.Your new roleYou’ll join a future-focused, ambitious team aiming to be one of the UK’s leading regional Property Litigation practices. In this role, you’ll lead onplex matters, supervise junior lawyers, and collaborate across the region to share expertise. You’ll handle a broad range of property disputes for private clients, corporates, retailers, developers, and investors, while building strong, lasting client relationships.
What you’ll need to succeedYou will be an experienced property litigation lawyer with specialist expertise across a range of contentious property matters. Experience should include disputes concerning development land (including tels) and property contracts, as well as landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture, and breach of lease covenants.You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, motivated to deepen your expertise while understanding the broader context of client needs. You’ll embrace a proactive, entrepreneurial approach – building new relationships and strengthening existing ones.
