You’ll be working for one of the market leaders Duties & Responsibilities: Supervision of a team of 6 who are responsible forProcessing all supplier invoices Weekly and Monthly statement reconciliations Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly payment runs Month End processes Approval of all payment runs Review of invoice queries from each source system Bank Detail approval and submission onto accounting system Overall responsibility for the Purchase ledger Development of departmental processes To be a candidate successful you will need the following: Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail, accuracy is key Experience of working with Excel and other Microsoft products Fantastic time management and organisational skills The ability to prioritise your workload and that of a team If you feel you have the required experience for this role, please apply!
