Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
You will be teaching small groups of students with SEMH needs, using creative and tailored approaches to engage and inspire. Working alongside a dedicated pastoral and therapeutic team, your role will be central to helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve both academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum adapted to individual needs
* Create a nurturing, structured, and positive learning environment
* Manage challenging behaviour using trauma-informed and restorative approaches
* Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals
* Contribute to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans

About You:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
* Experience working with students with SEMH or in an alternative provision setting
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* A proactive, flexible, and compassionate approach
* A genuine commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
