Sales Manager – SaaS
Up to £80,000pa + uncapped commission | OTE £100k+
Remote | UK-based candidates
If you’re a high-performing SaaS sales leader who thrives in a performance-driven culture, this is an opportunity to join a scaling tech business with an ambitious roadmap and serious commercial backing. For the successful candidate, this role offers a brilliant career path, with scope to shape the sales function and grow into a broader leadership position.
We're looking for a credible, high-performing, and results-focused Sales Manager who brings structure, depth, and data-led discipline to their work. You’ll lead from the front, carrying your own number, driving complex deals, and building a culture of excellence through coaching, process and accountability.
This is a role for someone who can explain and justify their approach, not just what they’ve done, but how and why. It’s essential that you operate from a place of process and precision (not from gut feel or instinct) and can demonstrate where you’ve created a repeatable sales system and built a high-performing team alongside it, creating foundations for sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning and delivering your own sales target – both new business and account growth
* Building and developing a SaaS sales team – coaching, supporting and holding to account
* Embedding a structured, metrics-led sales process, with high-quality discovery, forecasting and pipeline discipline
* Using sales methodology (SPIN, MEDDIC or similar) to build credibility and drive consistency
* Applying CRM and dashboard data to inform decisions, track performance, and course-correct where needed
* Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure commercial alignment
* Managing a complex sales process and multi stakeholder relationships, and influencing senior decision-makers
* Championing a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and professional development
What We’re Looking For
* Proven personal high-performance in SaaS/software sales – identifying opportunities, closing business and maintaining client relationships.
* Formal training in established sales methodologies and a track record of applying them to drive personal and team-wide results
* Clear communicator – able to convey ideas with precision and impact to varied stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to account for decisions, results and reporting at every level
* Data-led mindset – fluent in using sales tools and metrics to drive performance and operational improvement
* Leadership - demonstrated ability to build a high-performing team, to coach, challenge and elevate others, including experienced team members.
* Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and committed to high standards – especially during periods of change or uncertainty
* Highly organised, process-driven, and confident building scalable systems that support quality and consistency
