This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the commercial, industrial, health, leisure, retail, and residential sectors. You will play a key role in delivering innovative designs while contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the structural design of new build projects across multiple sectors
* Prepare detailed calculation packages to support project delivery
* Undertake structural inspections and prepare engineering reports across the UK
* Attend and represent the company at design team meetings and site visits
* Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and contribute to team development
* Manage project assessments and prepare fee proposals where required
What They’re Looking For
* Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE) or close to achieving chartership
* Minimum 4 years UK-based consultancy experience
* Strong design expertise across structural materials, foundations, and retaining walls
* Proficiency in TEKLA and TEDDS software (essential) with AutoCAD experience required
* Knowledge of current technical standards including Eurocodes
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships
* Willingness to travel across the UK for site inspections and meetings
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in REVIT and Roads & Sewer design is desirable but not essential
