The Impact you will have:
1. Lead and manage our Learning and Development team to guarantee that our training programmes provide employees across all areas of the business with the capabilities to deliver outstanding service to our customers
2. Carry out gap analysis across sales, leadership, staff and engineering groups to Identifying short, medium and long-term requirements against current skill levels
3. Attend industry events and to help shape the future of training requirements linked to innovation and safety
4. Business Partner with SHEQ, Technical Training and HR to drive Group wide compliance ensuring we have robust systems in place to manage training certificates, renewals, licences and competencies
5. To business partner with senior stakeholders to understand current business skill requirements and future needs, ensuring we have robust cost-effective programmes to support current and future requirements
6. To design and champion the L&D strategy in support of the Group HR Director
