Responsibilities
* As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Bedford residential sales team.
* You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success.
* This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.
What We\u2019re Looking For
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
* A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
* A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven
* Full UK driving licence
