Compliance Contract Lead needed in Portsmouth

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts for electrical inspection and testing, fire risk assessments and servicing, and lift servicing.
From time to time, additional compliance activities, known as Tier 2 disciplines may be added to the Compliance team’s responsibilities. When this occurs, the activity will be allocated to the most relevant Contract Manager. This may on occasions be the post holder. The activity will be expected to be managed appropriately with cyclical contract meetings of a frequency to be agreed at the time of allocation.
The overall objective is to drive the compliance activities to deliver 100% compliance and keep our residents and other building users safe.
