The Role:
Learning Support Assistant positions available across schools in Newbury
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN, behavioural needs, and learning difficulties
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)

Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA) are advantageous but not essential
