GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join a school in Dinnington. This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality lessons, foster a love for geography, and support students in developing critical skills in line with the national curriculum. As a Geography Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 if applicable). Encourage students to explore key geographical concepts such as physical and human geography, environmental issues, and global perspectives. Adapt teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive classroom environment. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including departmental initiatives and extracurricular activities. Requirements for Geography Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Geography. Previous experience teaching Geography at school level. Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills. A passion for inspiring young learners. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). A full CV covering the last 10 years of employment, with explanations for any gaps.
