What you will do
* Conduct detailed assessments of children and families in need to ensure their safety and well‑being.
* Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
* Provide direct support and intervention to children and their families to address issues such as neglect or abuse.
* Work closely with agencies and professionals to facilitate multi‑agency meetings and coordinate services.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of cases and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
* Participate in case conferences and court proceedings as necessary.
* Offer advice and guidance to families and others involved in the care process.
