Your New Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Business Development collaborating with the Work Winning leads based in London.
The standard hours of work are 37.5 per week.
As Head of Amey’s Business Development Process and Product Owner for Amey’s Customer Relationship Management System. Accountable for theMiller Heiman Sales Methodology Process for Amey Group and CRM System that results in secured new business Single Sales Objectives (SSOs) and supports the achievement of growth targets.
You will be responsible for:
1. Utilising the data from the CRM System to integrating into Amey’s core decision making processes.
2. Delivering a training programme for the CRM System, Miller Heiman processes and Governance Gateway.
3. Ownership and management of the Miller Heiman programme review cycle ensuing the processes are fully adopted and is consisten and effective throughout Amey.
4. Chair the business development governance forum and collaborate with Work Winning leads to ensure that the business development process is consistent and effective coordination is developed and maintained across Amey.
5. Support, develop and drive a culture of client centricity and cross-Amey business collaboration.
