You will be required to exhibit dynamic classroom leadership and will ensure that the highest standards of learning and teaching are delivered; ensure the fluid process of departmental monitoring and tracking; that GIRFEC procedures and paperwork have been accurately and are timeously implemented; and to ensure that Wallace High delivers on the key drivers and priorities within the National Improvement Framework, including a key focus on ongoing faculty improvement priorities.
You must be confident, articulate and dynamic and be able to demonstrate your ability to be creative, motivate others and exercise effective classroom leadership, organising work to meet learners' needs ensuring that young people are effectively accessing their learning and the wider curriculum.
You must possess GTCS registration in primary or secondary education with relevant experience supporting targeted groups of BGE learners (especially within 1st and 2nd level)
